          About Komander.ai

          Komander.ai is AI construction project management software for contractors, housing developers and project owners in Indonesia. It reads the data you already keep, such as the RAB (budget), schedule, cost postings, purchase orders and progress billing in Google Sheets, Excel or exports from Accurate, Jurnal and Odoo, without changing how your site team works.

          Four agents work at the same time. The Cost agent compares budget with actual cost per work package. The Schedule agent tracks the S-curve and Gantt chart. The Finance agent forecasts project cash flow, receivables and supplier payables. The Procurement agent watches purchase orders and materials. When something slips, the person responsible is told on WhatsApp, Telegram or email.

          Komander Build turns drawings into a RAB, bill of quantities and tender documents, then activates the project once the tender is won. Komander is built by PT Komander Inovasi Teknologi in Jakarta.

          Questions owners ask us.

          Does the site team have to work differently?

          No. Komander reads the sheets and system exports you already produce. The only request is a project or block tag on each row, so projects can be told apart.

          Which systems can you read?

          Google Sheets and Excel, plus direct exports from Accurate, Jurnal (Mekari), Odoo and ERP360, bank statements, and site reports or opname. Teams without a system can start from our Indonesian Excel template.

          Who can see our data?

          Your data stays yours. During a pilot, access is limited to the pilot team on both sides, and nothing is shared between companies.

          What if our data is incomplete?

          You get a data quality report in the first week. When a sheet is missing or late, the alert shows "No data" and says what is missing instead of staying quiet.

          Can alerts come in Bahasa Indonesia?

          Yes. Each person chooses Bahasa Indonesia or English, and WhatsApp, Telegram or email.

          What does it cost after the pilot?

          Core (Cost, Scheduler and Alerts) is billed per project per month: Rp 1 jt for projects under Rp 2 billion, Rp 3 jt for Rp 2–10 billion, Rp 6 jt for Rp 10–25 billion. The Finance agent is per company: Rp 3 jt a month for up to 5 active projects, Rp 5 jt for 6–15. Build is Rp 10.000 per m² for houses and Rp 15.000 per m² for commercial and 3+ storey buildings (minimum Rp 1 jt per estimate), or Rp 12,5 jt a month for 10 houses up to 200 m². Your first Build project is free. Pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 10.
