The payment history records every amount actually received or paid, one row per payment. The Arah column says Masuk (in, from a buyer or client) or Keluar (out, to a supplier, vendor or crew).
The invoice or bill number links each payment to Piutang_Usaha or Hutang_Usaha. The history also shows each buyer’s payment habits: how many days on average they take to pay after being billed.
Where the numbers come from
- Bank statement movements.
- Transfer slips, receipts and cash-out vouchers.
- The list of invoices and bills for their reference numbers.
Columns and how to fill them
Tab Riwayat_Pembayaran in the free finance template. The examples are fictional. Record actual payments. Masuk means receipts; Keluar means outgoing payments. Link the correct source document.
| Column | Example | How to fill it |
|---|---|---|
| Arah | Masuk | Select Masuk or Keluar from the cash direction; do not infer it only from the amount sign. |
| Proyek/Blok | E2 | The project or block this row belongs to, for example C4. One row is for one project only. |
| Unit | E2-DEMO | The house or kiosk unit number involved, for example C4-07. Leave blank when it applies to the whole block. |
| Nama Pembeli / Vendor | Pembeli Contoh | Who paid (the buyer) or who was paid (the supplier), as on the invoice or bill. |
| No. Invoice / Tagihan | DEMO-AR-001 | DEMO-AR-001 matches the example in Piutang_Usaha. |
| Tanggal Bayar | 20/09/2026 | Use the actual payment date, not a planned date. |
| Jumlah Dibayar (IDR) | 40000000 | 40000000 matches Sudah Dibayar on the example invoice. |
| Metode | Transfer | How it was paid: Transfer, Cash, Cheque/Giro, or Mortgage (KPR). |
| Rekening Tujuan | DEMO-REK-001 | Use an account identity that can be reconciled. This example is not a real account. |

How to check it
- Every row has an invoice or bill number that exists in Piutang_Usaha or Hutang_Usaha.
- The payment date is when the money actually moved, as on the bank statement.
- The total per invoice number equals Sudah Dibayar in the receivables or payables tab.
- The receiving account is listed in Saldo_Bank_Input.
Common mistakes
- Direction taken from a plus or minus sign rather than the real direction of the money.
- A planned payment date recorded as the payment date.
- One transfer covering several invoices recorded as one row with no split per invoice.

Common questions
How do I record one transfer that pays several invoices?
Split it into several rows, one per invoice, each with its own amount. The total still equals the transfer.
Are payments to the crew recorded here?
They can be, as Keluar with the payment reference. Make sure they are not recorded again in Pengeluaran or Gaji_Upah.
Why keep old payments?
To work out the average collection days (DSO) and see which buyers often pay late.
