How to Track Open Purchase Orders (POs) on a Project

How to fill the Pesanan_Pembelian tab: agreed purchase orders not fully billed, payment terms, expected bill and payment dates, and remaining commitment.

Komander.ai Panduan team · 3 min read · Updated 9 October 2026

A purchase order (PO) is spending already agreed with a supplier but not fully billed. The money has not gone out yet, but it will, so it belongs in the cash forecast.

Sisa Komitmen is the part of the PO not yet billed. Once the supplier bills it, that part moves to Hutang_Usaha.

How to check it

  1. Remaining commitment = PO amount minus amount billed.
  2. Amount billed matches the bills for this PO in Hutang_Usaha.
  3. Expected payment date = expected bill date plus the payment terms.
  4. Fully billed or cancelled POs are taken off the list.

Common questions

Why record a PO before there is a bill?

Because the money is already promised. Without POs the cash forecast looks looser than it really is.

What if a PO is billed in stages?

Add each bill to Sudah Ditagih; the remaining commitment falls to zero.

What if we do not use POs?

Write TIDAK ADA PO in Keterangan when it is confirmed there are none, so it is not taken as missing.
