How to Make an Accounts Payable (Supplier Bills) Report for Projects

How to fill a project accounts payable report: unpaid supplier and vendor bills, Posted or Draft status, due dates, planned payment dates and balance owed.

Komander.ai Panduan team · 3 min read · Updated 9 October 2026

Accounts payable are bills from suppliers, vendors or subcontractors that have arrived but are not fully paid. The report shows how much money must go out and when.

One row is one bill for one project. The Status column separates bills officially recorded (Posted), still being checked (Draft), and left out of the forecast (Dikecualikan).

How to check it

  1. Balance owed = bill amount minus amount paid.
  2. A bill that comes from a PO also reduces Sisa Komitmen in Pesanan_Pembelian, so it is not counted twice.
  3. The planned payment date is kept separate from the due date.
  4. Only verified bills are Posted.

Common questions

What is the difference between payables and purchase orders?

A purchase order is a commitment not yet billed. Once the supplier sends a bill, the amount moves to payables.

What does Dikecualikan mean?

A bill deliberately left out of the cash forecast, for example because it is disputed. Write the reason in Keterangan.

Why keep the planned payment date apart from the due date?

Because the company may pay earlier or later than the due date. The cash forecast uses the planned date.
