The Pengeluaran tab records project and office costs already incurred, one row per expense: fuel, equipment hire, transport, meals, permits and the like.
It shows spending patterns: which categories are largest, which project spends most, and how much regular spending runs per month.
Where the numbers come from
- Receipts and cash-out vouchers.
- The site petty cash book.
- Bank movements for payments made by transfer.
Columns and how to fill them
Tab Pengeluaran in the free finance template. The examples are fictional. Record operating expenses from supporting evidence. Do not duplicate wages already recorded elsewhere.

How to check it
- Every row has supporting evidence.
- Amounts are plain numbers.
- Unpaid expenses are Belum, not Lunas.
- Wages already in Gaji_Upah are not recorded here again.
Common mistakes
- Petty cash top-ups recorded as expenses, though they only move money between accounts; the real cost is recorded when the petty cash is spent.
- Free-text categories, so the same fuel appears as BBM, solar and bensin.
- One receipt for two projects booked to only one of them.

Common questions
What is the difference between Pengeluaran and Hutang_Usaha?
Hutang_Usaha holds unpaid supplier bills. Pengeluaran holds costs already incurred, mainly regular costs and petty cash.
What do Tetap and Variabel mean?
Tetap (fixed) does not change with the volume of work, such as office rent; Variabel (variable) rises and falls with the work, such as equipment fuel.
What about expenses without a receipt?
Make a cash-out voucher signed by the recipient and a supervisor, then record it as usual.
